Here is the schedule for 2010. Please review it and let me know if you see any errors.
As always, we will let everyone know when we begin the
registration process. This year George Royds is in charge of making the group
reservations. ( George phone: 609-605-2495 e-mail:
ghroyds@yahoo.com ) George will use the same process as we have always done. He
will e-mail everyone exactly which trips we are currently booking. You will get
a deadline to respond to him. Then when he has the list of who is going he will
make the registrations for the group. That way we should be close together in
the campground. Then, for most trips, each family must call the campground to
secure your registration with a credit card. George will provide those
attending exactly what they need to do for each trip. The dates listed on the
weekend trips are minimal. On most of
the weekend trips individuals customize their length of stay by extending their
reservations. People e-mail each other to see when everyone is actually going
and returning. When you call the campground to secure your registration you let
them know exactly what your plans are for arriving and departing. Also, on the
